Clean blocked shower drain with drain cleaning pressure machine etc

I’ve recently moved into a new home and the shower has a thermostatic mixer tap (KSPO brand) with a temperature lock that’s preventing it from going above 40°C. My other shower doesn’t have this issue, so I’m looking for someone to come out, assess the setup, and either remove or adjust the temperature limiter so the shower runs at a normal temperature.

Hello I need to have a plumber come to my home. I have a new dish washer that needs to be connected asap. Tomorrow would be good. There is an old dish washer hose that's been left behind under the sink that needs removing so you can attach the new hose. Plus take away the old hose and all the boxes and rubbish that the dish washer is in at present. Its never been opened. Plus fix kitchen tap Its come loose somehow. Not sure how much this would cost. Thankyou in advance. Kind regards Lisa

Looking for a trades person with basic plumbing knowledge or plumber to connect a commercial juice blender, need to connect water inlet and waste. Material will be supplied, water inlet and waste are directly under the machine.

Connecting sewerage line from granny unit.

Need to replace a mixer tap, two shut-off valves, two pressure limiting valves and other water supply lines heading up to the tap/to the dishwasher. We don't think we need to replace the sink or any of the drainage, but if it's necessary that's fine. We don't currently have any parts or a replacement tap because we don't want to buy something with compatibility problems. We can buy them ourselves or reimburse you. Budget is for the labour, parts are in addition.

Toilet isn’t flushing properly and also the outside the drain is slow and water isn’t draining properly when raining

I have my drain clogged I need someone with an eel plumbing pipe to unclog my drain.

3 separate jobs. Budget is now set for a quote not the job itself as it requires inspection prior to quote. 1. Repair flashing around pipe on roof. Possible need to reglue pipe to elbow joint. We think it’s lead flashing. Insurance co says it’s rusted so for us to fix. May need a report if it’s not rusty. 2. CANCEL Repair leaking pipe under house that is spraying water underneath lounge and damaging carpet and floor. Partner crawled under to get photos and there is no leak. 3. Install a stopcock on a pipe so I can shut off water to garden irrigation. Uploading photos today. Need to get a shut off tap as close to the solenoids as possible. Photo shows water intake pipe. Leak is from the solenoids which we will fix but stunned there is no shut off installed already. Pic added. 4. Cap off a no longer needed gas pipe where gas Hob has been replaced by induction hob. Currently only turned off by tap. Would like to cap off so that future home owner has the option to return to gas hob if they wish. Pic added. - Due date: Before Saturday, 10 February 2024
