A salon shampoo basin isn't draining wel enough. We've tried drain cleaner but it's not enough.

Toilet runs constantly and won’t hold water, so can’t flush. Might be a cracked seal or need a new inlet valve (or both)

I have a few tap washers that need changing. Apart from not having the requisite tools, there would need to be time dedicated to identifying where the mains cutoff is.
