Find an experienced plumber in Gungahlin

I have a slow leak from my kitchen sink mixer tap. The leak appears to be coming from the base of the mixer where it meets the benchtop (see attached photos). I initially thought it might be a worn washer, O-ring or cartridge. I purchased the necessary tools and attempted to investigate it myself after speaking with Bunnings, but once I started dismantling it I realised it was beyond my DIY ability. Rather than risk damaging the mixer, I've decided to have it repaired professionally. I'm looking for someone who can: -Diagnose the exact source of the leak. -Repair the existing mixer if possible. -Replace the washer, O-rings, seals or cartridge if required. -Only recommend replacing the entire mixer if it is genuinely beyond economical repair. -Check the flexible hoses and under-sink plumbing while onsite. -Test everything before leaving to ensure the leak has been fixed.

Remove and dispose of existing leaky kitchen sink mixer tap (limited space around sink, see photos). Install new Ikea kitchen sink mixer tap and clear silicone around bench penetration.

Ensuite mixer tap has become unattached and needs replacing/installing. I'll buy it - I just need you to install it properly and silicone edge etc.

1. Tighten/secure flick mixer tap to sink. Working fine, no leaks just wobbles all around the shop. Needs tightening from underneath sink. See pic. 2. Tighten light fitting to ceiling as it hangs not flush with ceiling. See pic. Perhaps electrician I dont know. - Due date: Flexible

I've got a new mixer which needs to be installed in my kitchen - Due date: Flexible

Need to have a vulcan quasar flued gas wall furnace removed including the flue and taken away. From memory the gas has already been capped. I do have spare roof tiles. Single level unit. Also need my leaking shower fixed too, can't work out if it's both the hot and cold or just one of them but would prefer both to be looked at and sorted. Would prefer a licensed and insured plumber for the jobs.

Toilet isn’t flushing, assume it might need a flush valve replacement

Need someone to replace 2 x tap washers and fix toilet cistern (constantly running). Will also cover the cost of parts. Note, we’ve tried fixing the tap ourselves but can’t get the tap handle off the flange (stuck/too tight).

Install Cartridge for basin mixer. The tap is not broken, just needs the cartridge installed in it. Seat fixing caps/ pins for toilet seat cover. We have all the parts, just need someone to come in and do the job

Toilet flushing tank keeps running. The pump may be faulty and needs replacing.

Our toilet bowl needs re-coating. The enamel has come off. It's hard to see in the photo because of the blue loo but it's come off most of the bowl.

Flushing on a slow pace, seems like something is blocking toilet

We have one toilet that when you flush waterfills the bowl instead of flushing off. after some hour or two water level slowly resides. We tried a plunger and a small eel. Still it did not clear up the blockage.

I would like to urgently look into why a toilet keeps blocking despite numerous attempts to fix it by the plumbers being sent in by the real estate. We are thinking to possible remove the old toilet and install a new one. The job is urgent as my parents arrive in Canberra this week and will need to use this spare toilet.

Master bedroom toilet bowl blocked
