Handy Man Service to look at two issues: 1. The Garage Door begins to close but occasionally stops and becomes unresponsive to the remote. Other times it closes fine. I’m unsure why this is occurring. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the issue. 2. The half flush button on the toilet has ceased working. Hoping someone with experience can fix it.

Water is flushing very slowly in the toilet.

I have a bunch of bathrooms tub and bathroom shower taps that are leaking And kitchen sink tap 2 shower taps 2 bathtub taps 2 ensuite shower taps 2 kitchen sink taps I have replaced some washers ( Bunnings) they still leak Had someone come a year ago and ground down the seat (not replace the seat) one set of shower taps (and then use Bunnings washers) they are now leaking again

I require the following issues to be resolved: 1. Dripping cold water tap in the laundry sink 2. Hot water tap/cover in the laundry sink needs to be tightened 3. The toilet flush keeps filling itself intermittently even if it is not being used I have additional washers if needed and am willing to purchase any items if needed on the job.

Our toilet is fixed to the ground and doesn't have easy access to the rear to check where the leak is coming from. Judging by the fact that it leaks during/after flushing, we think it might be the pan seal but don't have the means or expertise to check ourselves.

Kitchen sink pipe needs fixing on budget

I need someone to fix our toilet as it is not stable due to its age and we can smell the bad odours from the below.

I need the washing machine connected and the dryer placed properly on top of the washer.

I bought an automatic dog water bowl to connect to the tap outside but can’t for the life of me figure out how to install it. May require a trip to Bunnings Belconnen to get parts (I will pay for parts). This photo is my feeble attempt but alas it leaks and the dog bowl hose thing doesn’t seem to fit no matter how I try it. This hose splitter is also new, I also have no idea how to install it - this is my dodgy almost certainly wrong job… Would ideally come before 2pm this Thursday please however any time before then is fine someone will be home. :) Price is negotiable especially if you do need to make a trip to Bunnings - I highly suspect we are missing some kind of part to connect the two.
