Hi, I need a licensed plumber to connect the drainage/waste pipes for both my kitchen and laundry sinks. Note: ALL hot and cold water pipes are ALREADY connected (or don't need any work). This job is ONLY for the drainage/waste outlet connection. What needs to be done: 1 Kitchen Sink: Connect the sink waste to the existing drainage point using standard P-trap/S-trap. Also need to hook up the dishwasher drain hose to the spigot. 2 Laundry Sink: Connect the laundry tub waste to the existing drainage outlet/downpipe. Current Setup: All cabinetry is complete and sinks are already mounted. Rough-in drainage pipes are in position, ready to be linked. Sinks are on-site. Requirements: Must be a licensed plumber in the ACT with public liability insurance. Please include standard PVC pipes, traps, and sealants/consumables in your offer. I have a heavily leaking/flowing bath tap. I have tried resurfacing the old seat and also have put a new tap seat on the old one. But now it seems to gotten worse. I need a plumber to assess what's wrong and fix it hopefully without ripping out the tiles. Attaching photos with the new seat of stainless steel and old brass one which has cracks.
