Find an experienced plumber in North Perth

The pressure is very bad in the last few weeks , and its either extremely hot or extremely cold , there was an issue with boiler six months ago and a plumber set it and it was good for a few months but the shower is back to really poor pressure and very hard to get the temperature good for a shower. Shower = Both low pressure and difficulty maintaining pressure in shower , also is a slow drip from shower even when taps are closed fully tight. Kitchen sink = water can get extremely hot once put in the hot position ( close to boiling hot ) . Shower was sudden issue (middle of May) Kitchen sink temperature has always been an issue. Got a plumber out to take a look and adjust something but it seemed to be back to boiling within a day or two. The kitchen sink is manageable to live with , shower not so much.

I have a new electric oven with a gas cooktop. I need the gas cook top connected. The oven is in place and I have the required hose and connectors I believe. Just need it hooked up by someone who knows what they are doing. I can be home and help move the oven in or out if required

I have disconnected and reconnected an aqua stop solenoid valve for my dishwasher but don’t have the tools/ strength to disconnect the old pipe from the water and reconnect the new one. Simple unplug replug job, just a bit hard to get to under the sink.

The screws holding our dishwasher in place under our kitchen bench have come loose / fallen out which causes the dishwasher to tip forward when the door is opened. I require someone to secure our dishwasher back into place.
