We want to renovate bathroom in our apartment.We want to replace the toilet, tiles and shower.

Need someone help me replace the tempering Valve in the bathroom as it doesn’t work. Only cold water in the bathroom right now.Please see photos below - Due date: Flexible

Install a new tap in bathroom

Have a new toilet seat to install but can’t remove the rusted fittings on toilet. Someone with right tools will be able to do this and install the new seat.

Hi. Our shower tube has snapped off. Don’t know if it’s possible to glue or attach it back somehow? Otherwise need to buy new shower head and everything. Anyone able to help and advise?

1. Fix retic. Water keeps flowing even when turned off, thereby needing to turn valve off to stop water. Likely a solenoid valve issue. 2. Follow retic around and replace any broken or missing polypipe heads. Three stations, none very big. Happy to pay for retic parts, based on Bunnings prices. - Due date: Flexible

I have 3 bathrooms in the house. The water temperature of the other two bathroom are normal. But the water temperature master bedroom bathroom is very low. There are two shower heads and three water taps in this bathroom. All of them are not hot at all. a plumber told me I need to replace my 8 year old water heater . But I found the other bathrooms are all normal . I worry about the water temperature would be still low if I replace a new water heater. - Due date: Flexible

A couple of relatively simple plumbing tasks. 1. Relocate outdoor tap and remove existing pipe work as it’s in the way on new pool fence. 2. Cut, trench, reconnect and bury existing water line to facilitate new landscaping ground levels. Will need some copper piping and joining materials. Washer needs changing on 1 tap as it is currently leaking . Install must include parts and labor

The faucet in the laundry has come off while under water pressure. I require it to be re attached. Weekend would be best thanks

Remove old holder and install new toilet brush holder.
