URGENTLY NEED - Gas plumbing tradesman to check out a Vulcan 135L outdoor gas water heater which appears to be leaking from underneath - may lead to more if new gas water heater installation is needed

Ive got a few taps and toilet that need fixing so someone can just come in for an hour or two and fix the whole lot; - Upstairs basin and downstairs basin taps need all new washers - Both taps on downstair shower need washers - Upstairs toilet is continually running, not sure if this is a fix or not! (Bloody hope so!) - Outside in back yard tap dripping hard needs new washers. Not sure how long this takes to all do - but im hoping its all easy enough. Im terrible at this stuff - need someone with right tools and bits just do it all in one hit! Thanks

The leak is coming from the top connection of the drain pipe directly under the sink (where the pipe meets the sink). I’ve already tried tightening the fittings, but it still drips when water is running. I believe it may be due to old rubber washer. Please bring parts/tools if needed. Please tidy and clean up after the job.

Blocked kitchen drain plumbing

Looking to add a washing machine in my kitchen area. The kitchen sink is right next to it on the other side of the wall with the hot and cold water and waste. Will require you to add extensions / connections to the existing water connecting for the kitchen sink and have it run through the wall (wooden structure) into the spot where the washing machine will be. I would like to relocate the hot water system. I would like to know if it’s possible to relocate this electrical hot water system to behind the entrance door. This entrance wall is the wall where the current hot water system is installed, on the other side. This wall is where the pipes are.
