The leak is coming from the top connection of the drain pipe directly under the sink (where the pipe meets the sink). I’ve already tried tightening the fittings, but it still drips when water is running. I believe it may be due to old rubber washer. Please bring parts/tools if needed. Please tidy and clean up after the job.

I would like to relocate the hot water system. I would like to know if it’s possible to relocate this electrical hot water system to behind the entrance door. This entrance wall is the wall where the current hot water system is installed, on the other side. This wall is where the pipes are.
