Ive got a few taps and toilet that need fixing so someone can just come in for an hour or two and fix the whole lot; - Upstairs basin and downstairs basin taps need all new washers - Both taps on downstair shower need washers - Upstairs toilet is continually running, not sure if this is a fix or not! (Bloody hope so!) - Outside in back yard tap dripping hard needs new washers. Not sure how long this takes to all do - but im hoping its all easy enough. Im terrible at this stuff - need someone with right tools and bits just do it all in one hit! Thanks

I would like to relocate the hot water system. I would like to know if it’s possible to relocate this electrical hot water system to behind the entrance door. This entrance wall is the wall where the current hot water system is installed, on the other side. This wall is where the pipes are. If this can be done - please let me know what I need to do for you to be able to relocate. The quote should include your labour, material, electrical etc… Thank you

SIngle-lever mixer tap (wall-mounted) is leaking. Likely just need cartridge replaced. Job is to inspect and fix including acquisition of materials.

Require to get a 50L hot water system replaced. Needing to get the old one removed and new one installed. Seems like it would be a fairly vanilla installation. would love to be quoted for labour only please. Also ideally would like to have a couple of days between decommissioning and removal of old system, and the subsequent replacement with a new system.
