Hi, I need a medium dog door installed in my sliding security door. The dog door is 29cm in width and 34cm in height. Will involve cutting what I believe to be metal using a template and using screws to secure the door in place. Screws may need to be grinded down to fit. The door may not be metal so other tools may be required, which would probably make the job easier. The instructions are specific to a wooden door, so you can’t rely on them completely.

The goal is for the taps to sit neatly underneath the new bench and out of sight. Details: • Wall appears to be single brick (not cavity or double brick). • Existing tap outlets and pipes will likely need to be rerouted lower within the same wall or externally chased. • Must ensure ADR-compliant pipework and clean finish. • The washing machine will remain in the same spot. • Access is relatively straightforward (standard laundry setup as pictured). • Job needs to be done without damaging surrounding cabinetry or tiling if possible. • Open to suggestions for a tidy boxed-in solution if chasing inside the brick isn’t ideal.
