Fix 2 leaking taps, washer needs to be replaced

Looking for an experienced handyman to complete a few small jobs in my rental apartment: Shower area: Looking for advice and installation of a more enclosed shower solution (e.g. shower screen/sliding door or other suitable option). Prefer a rental-friendly solution with minimal or no drilling if possible. Leaking shower head: Shower head drips continuously even when taps are fully closed. Likely needs a washer replacement and I'd also like the existing shower head replaced with a basic new one. Paint touch-ups: Repair chipped paint on several internal doors and skirting boards. Sand, fill where required, and repaint to match as closely as possible. Please provide a quote including labour and any materials required. Photos are attached for reference.

Hi, I need a tasker to cut down multiple tree clusters as close to the dirt/soil level as possible (no need to grind) as I plan to use soil to cover the stumps. Ideally below the brick fence level. The unit stops operating approximately 5 minutes after being turned on. The timer light flashes on the indoor unit but the timer isnt on. Resetting the unit allows it to restart but does not resolve the issue.

repainting small scratches on the wall, the wall is white but with some yellowish white not pure white. Would need to paint it back to fit at least similar to the major wall colour. And water taps to put it back. It is working completely fine, it just pops out
