Gate is fixed to house with brackets, one of which is quite close to conduit. Side panel has spigots concreted into a narrow flower bed close to a retic pipe. Ideally the concrete will be dug out and removed with the spigots. If this isn't possible without damaging the retic the spigots can be cut below ground level so the upper parts of them can be removed as long as the parts remaining in the ground are made safe (ie, not sharp). Access is via a side gate (app 1 m wide) on the other side of the house or via a narrow walkway and through the rear garage door.

Install pool gate door on side pathway of house. I have the pool gate, 2x gate hinges, pull gate latch and 2x posts. I dont have screws at base of post that needs to be fixed to tile.

Out gate pool latches have moved (as they are secured to wooden decking) and no longer automatically close. I think it is just a matter of re-adjusting them but I can't seem to do it.

Requires a mew spring. We don’t have time to do this. Require someone to source a new spring and install for us. It is a glass pool gate. We are just speculating as we have had a maintenance guy take a quick look and mentioned this and that he could do it easily then he went missing so haven’t had it finished. Need it done tomorrow if possible.

Drill posts and add glass pool panels back in place. Fix or redo glass pool gate in shallow end. My husband can assist if needed as pool panels are heavy.

Finish installation and adjustment of pool safety gate I’ve attempted to repair and reinstall our metal pool safety gate, including replacing the hinges and MagnaLatch, but haven’t been able to get everything aligned and fitting correctly. The gate is back on its hinges, but it needs some final adjustments to the positioning and alignment, and the MagnaLatch needs to be properly installed. One of the screws has also been damaged during installation and may need replacing or extracting. Looking for an experienced handyman or pool fence installer to finish the job, ensure the gate swings freely, self-closes and latches securely, and meets Victorian pool safety requirements. Most of the work has already been done, so hopefully it’s a relatively straightforward job for someone with the right experience. Photos attached.

Pool gate, wooden slatted gate, circa 6 ft. height, has failed local council pool inspection as it does not close automatically (the full way). We urgently need a pool gate/fence specialist to repair our pool gate safety mechanism. The gate is not locking/latching properly. It currently requires extra force to close it firmly enough for the latch to engage. If the gate is simply swung open and released, it does not reliably self-close and lock. The pool gate isn't latching as the bottom hinge is out of alignment. Job is to fix this so the gate latches and is compliant

We have a pool gate that has sagged slightly, so now doesn’t close properly. Original installation didn’t include all screws, so guess that has impacted it. Need it to be taken down and reinstalled properly so it auto closes and latches per compliance regulations. It has the right auto close hinges etc.
