Finish installation and adjustment of pool safety gate I’ve attempted to repair and reinstall our metal pool safety gate, including replacing the hinges and MagnaLatch, but haven’t been able to get everything aligned and fitting correctly. The gate is back on its hinges, but it needs some final adjustments to the positioning and alignment, and the MagnaLatch needs to be properly installed. One of the screws has also been damaged during installation and may need replacing or extracting. Looking for an experienced handyman or pool fence installer to finish the job, ensure the gate swings freely, self-closes and latches securely, and meets Victorian pool safety requirements. Most of the work has already been done, so hopefully it’s a relatively straightforward job for someone with the right experience. Photos attached.

We urgently need a pool gate/fence specialist to repair our pool gate safety mechanism. The gate is not locking/latching properly. It currently requires extra force to close it firmly enough for the latch to engage. If the gate is simply swung open and released, it does not reliably self-close and lock. Heavy Wooden gate gas absorbed water and slowly over the years has pulled away from the wall. Can you remove and refix to the wall to ensure it closes and opens smoothly from both sides.

Hello. I have a pool fence that needs to be fixed so that it closes automatically - at the moment you need to push it closed (thus is not council compliant). I would like it done as cheaply and easily as possible as I am going to replace the gate with something new shortly. Thank you!

Pool gate isn't latching properly, I suspect the rubber in the hinge needs adjusting, happy to help if you need a second pair of hands. Bedroom door is also not latching properly, I need to lift the door for it to engage.

gate post for the pool gate has fallen off centre, the gate doesn’t swing back properly and so the self closing mechanism no longer works. The gate post needs to be straightened and braced so this does not reoccur.

We have a glass pool fence and gate. The gate has dropped and it’s very difficult to close. See photos for more detail. Pics of hinges included too. Screws to hinges have rusted so could these be replaced too please. Only 2 hinges on gate.

To Remove the old Hinges and install new auto Close Hinges (New Hinges Supplied by us) to a wooden pool Gate with metal frame. You need to make sure Gate is correctly aligned and the auto close works correctly once the new hinges are installed

Glass Pool gate hinge is screwed into Hebal column and one of two supports is loose so door has dropped slightly and no longer locks without assistance .
