## 4m x 5.7m Merbau Decking – Mullaloo Looking for an experienced decking tradie to supply and install a **4m x 5.7m timber deck in Mullaloo**. The deck will be installed **over existing brick paving**, so I’m looking for someone who can design and construct a suitable low-level supporting frame that can be properly levelled and supported on the existing pavers. ### Scope of work * Build a **4m x 5.7m low-level deck**. * Decking to run the **5.7m length**, ideally using full-length boards with no joins across the deck. * Decking boards: **140 x 19mm x 5.7m Merbau SpecRite Joined Set Length, pre-oiled decking**. * Design and construct the supporting frame/joists to suit the decking. * Frame to be supported over the existing brick paving using suitable **Builders Edge 25–40mm Minifoot pedestal feet**, or another appropriate low-profile support system if you recommend a better solution. * Ensure the finished deck is level, structurally sound and allows appropriate drainage/airflow over the existing paving. * Include appropriate fixings, joist/frame connections and decking screws. * Finish the perimeter neatly and provide an appropriate solution for any required edge boards. I am looking at the **140 x 19mm x 5.7m Merbau SpecRite pre-oiled decking** and would like the frame designed around these boards. I need help relocating furniture and removing vinyl flooring in readiness for new flooring

I need the floors and skirting laid in lounge, kitchen and dining. Approximately 1070 x 400 (with wall and kitchen bench) I apologise in advance for the clutter in the photos - mid Reno 😳)

I have tongue and groove boards and some underlay - I may need more. I need them put down in my bedroom with the view to maybe doing more at a later date 🤓

Install skirting board (MDF Moulding WA Colonial 140mm x 18mm) in one room (3.6 x 2.4) plus small built in wardrobe. See photo attached. Existing skirting board to be removed which can be taken away or cut into bin size pieces. Please note this is INSTALL only. The boards are already in the room.
