Find an experienced flooring expert in Eglinton WA

Damaged vinyl planks removed and replaced. They are flexible planks glued down. I have a spare box but may need a few extra pulled up from under my rug in the living room to use and the damaged planks put in their place under the rug

Floating floor has moved and separated after install, need approx 3-4 large gaps fixed by either re-alignment or gap filler as it's now a tripping hazard. One edging is coming away from plasterboard.needs to be affixed.

Some scratches and wear and tear on herringbone vinyl planks. Have some spares and would like the scratched planks taken up and replaced there are a few diff places. But the main issue is the below image and a few planks in the entry where the sun catches the floor. Please see image for reference.
