Paint these timber walls and deck asap please! I think the walls and floor will need a prep base coat first. I already have the paint for walls and floor, but I don’t have a base coat paint yet. The walls will be a creamy colour to match the house, and the deck will be in the colour monument

Hi There We’re hunting someone to clean and seal our deck, screens and balustrading. Our deck is around a year old and we still haven’t had a chance to seal it. The deck is 3m x 11m with balustrading as pictured and screens as pictured at each end. We’ll supply the product (we bought the pictured products to do it and just haven’t gotten there) - Aqualis Oil, Timber Prep and Timber Clean as per the picture. Excuse the mess of the photos… we’ll have the deck empty for you… it’s been our storage deck! We’re located in Kenmore.

I have 2 decks I want all the railings verticals & horizontal) painted. I also want the stair treads painted. I also have a small landing, rails & steps I want completely painted. All will need to be primed and 2 coats of Dulux Solarguard in light grey. Primer & paint is supplied. I have ladders if needed. I also have 2 brown walls that I have separately listed.

I have an outdoor timber staircase that needs a pressure wash to remove mould and two coats of Mervau timber stain. I will provide the timber stain.

We are wanting to stain the wooden floor of our carport (and the small deck that leads into the house) so that it is all one uniform colour. Carport wood is untreated, and the strain near the front door has nearly gone. There are some white paint splotches than we would need your help to sand off, but I can also assist with this if need be. We have a deck straining brush (long handle) and will provide the stain

We are looking at getting a deck built along one side of our pool. The space is roughly 7m x 1.3m. The deck will align with the current tiling and then raise into a seat. Attached are 2 photos of the space and a photo roughly showing what the seat would look like, just one side though.

Our front (~3mx1.5m) and back (~6mx1.5m) decks need resealing. The bottom rail of my balcony balustrade has come loose. As a result all of the posts have fallen out. The rail needs to be removed, chocked back into place, posts reinstated and any holes appropriately patched/repaired/filled.
