We have an outdoor deck that has been partially damaged by the sun. The whole deck needs sanding and re-staining.

We have existing deck but want to double the size. Provide noted $50 as I’ve no idea on costing.

The deck will be freshly washed and completely dry before the job. Need the deck boards sanded evenly, as well as the step and visible front/side timber edges. I have a hand sander available, however you’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you have something more suitable. Sanding only — no oiling/staining required. Please leave it clean and ready for coating. Photos show the current condition.

We need the balustrades of our 3mx 4m deck painted white. We would supply paint we just need someone’s painting expertise.

Outside deck is very faded and needs cleaning with deck cleaner and then oiling with deck oil. All materials are provided and the deck will be cleared of all furniture etc. The deck is quite large, around 30 sqm.

We need an experienced tiler/concreter to properly fill, prepare and tile an opening in our existing outdoor tiled pool deck. The area is approximately 1.03m × 1.03m. It is currently open to soil and contains existing PVC pipework, as shown in the photos. We already have the matching tiles. The task should include: • Inspecting the existing base and pipework before commencing • Removing loose soil and debris as required • Preparing a stable, durable base suitable for exterior tiling • Supplying and installing any required compacted fill, concrete, reinforcement/dowels and screed • Protecting the existing pipework and maintaining access to any pipes or fittings that must remain accessible • Cutting the tiles neatly around any required pipe penetrations • Matching the level, fall, grout lines and spacing of the surrounding tiles • Using appropriate exterior-grade flexible adhesive, grout and sealant • Cleaning the area and removing waste upon completion The completed area must be solid, properly supported and finished consistently with the surrounding pool-deck tiles, without creating a low point where water can collect. Tiles are supplied by us. Please supply all other tools and materials. Please explain in your offer how you propose to prepare the base and deal with the existing pipes. The job involves: * Dismantling the above-ground swimming pool. * Dismantling the spa. * Dismantling and removing the surrounding timber decking and supporting framework. * Removing pool glass and aluminium railings and storing them onsite. * Cutting materials down where necessary so they can fit into a skip. * Moving and loading all dismantled materials into a skip bin that I will organise and have delivered to the property. * Leaving the area clean and tidy once everything has been dismantled and placed in the skip. I will organise and pay for the skip bin. You do not need to arrange removal or disposal of the materials. This is a dismantling and loading job only — no rebuilding or disposal is required. Looking for a decking installer to build a small composite deck next to my pool in Yarrawarrah (2233). Area is approximately 1.05 m × 4.05 m (4.25 m²). Deck to be installed flush with the existing limestone tiles using Ekodeck Backbeach (or equivalent). Installer to supply and install subframe, decking, fixings and complete all finishing. I need someone to build a composite deck in my back yard with an aluminium frame sitting on low pedestals. Total size is 12sq meter and the deck will be built on level ground. I will supply all materials purchase from Ezy decking. The deck will be built in the area shown in the photos

1.2m high pool fence for swim spa roughly 8m by 4m with gate. Fence to run along edge of slab and then gate near opening close to fence. Timber deck inside the gated area that steps up toward the corner / spa end of swim spa for entry.

The wall is horizontal weatherboard / fibre cement cladding and already painted but needs freshening up with a new coat.
