Clean, re-screw and paint a 52 meter square timber deck

The house exterior is cedar. It’s needs condition with a green mould spray first and then a coat of oil to seal it. I do this every couple of years. The deck also needs sanding back and painting with the same paint. Likely 2 coats.

I am wanting a landing/deck in front of this back studio - approx 4m wide and 1m deep (happy to go slightly larger or smaller based on best brick number utilisation) plus a path from back of house deck to studio deck (approx 4m). I would like to use recycled bricks. The studio deck I would like to be raised slightly to be just under door to ensure no water. But the path I would like to be inset (level with the crushed granite). I have included examples - showing I like a border/edging.

We had a deck partially built and the carpenter has not returned to finish it. We need wooden stairs (built over existing concrete stairs shown in the photos provided), the metal handrail to be removed and replaced with a wooden one to match the deck, cable railing installed on the completed part of the deck and a gate at the top of the decking where the stairs start.

I would like a local carpenter and plumbing team to install a small outdoor deck and cold water shower, that can hold a small sauna. The photo attached shows the area and I’ve thrown some old timber over the space as a rough guide, but in reality it would need higher speck treated timber, fresh post holes (ground is slight gradient), a step or two and ideally some road base or even concrete underneath the structure to keep moisture and weeds etc out.

Sand our deck so that’s it’s ready to be oiled. Will need to hire own machine if you don’t have one already. Approximately 50sqm

I am looking for a carpenter handyman for installing fence and decking. Will pay hourly rate 40 to 50 per hour based on the experience of the person. Material I can supply... Guy need to come with his own power tools.

It’s a maximum of 5 hrs job for a 12x3.5m (one section 2/3) and the other side is x 1.5m (narrow end). I have bought the paint and roller for it already. I was going to attempt this myself but need a bit of a hand from someone who knows what there doing. I have everything except the knowledge and google isnt helping me. Colorbond sheets, gutters, flashings, barge and ridge cap. Not a huge job.
