Large deck near Pool area that need to be sanded back and then stained.

Need some help dismantling deck. Am able to remoove the top deck panels, but either don't have the right drill bit or the strength to undo the screws connecting the base frames together. Shouldn't take more than 1/2 hour with the right tool. About 20 x screws to undo.

Small deck/step 3m×800mm needs to be rebuilt. See pics. Not fussed on style. Just want it to last. You could reuse existing timber but will consider all new timber also. Price negotiable

Hi there, we have seven decking boards that are showing signs of rot and we would like to get them replaced. The boards are cut on a diagonal but are otherwise fairly standard-70mm across treated pine I believe. Longest one is about 4m but most of the boards are under 3m. There is a bit of lattice that will need to be temporarily removed to access the boards.

Replace pine decking planks that have rotted, around 20 of them. Mostly random edge pieces, but in 3 main sections. Joists appear solid hardwood still in good condition.

Hello, I would like a small deck/patio installed outside the sliding doors in the pictures attached. It would be about 2.5M wide by approx 5M long, with a stair or 2 on the lower side joining onto the concrete path. Clean, re-screw and paint a 52 meter square timber deck

The house exterior is cedar. It’s needs condition with a green mould spray first and then a coat of oil to seal it. I do this every couple of years. The deck also needs sanding back and painting with the same paint. Likely 2 coats.

I am wanting a landing/deck in front of this back studio - approx 4m wide and 1m deep (happy to go slightly larger or smaller based on best brick number utilisation) plus a path from back of house deck to studio deck (approx 4m). I would like to use recycled bricks. The studio deck I would like to be raised slightly to be just under door to ensure no water. But the path I would like to be inset (level with the crushed granite). I have included examples - showing I like a border/edging.

We had a deck partially built and the carpenter has not returned to finish it. We need wooden stairs (built over existing concrete stairs shown in the photos provided), the metal handrail to be removed and replaced with a wooden one to match the deck, cable railing installed on the completed part of the deck and a gate at the top of the decking where the stairs start.
