The front gate at the property before you get to the house the gates are rotton and not secure as they do not work. Double gates on LHS of the house are in the same condition as the front gates and not secure. Left hand fence has 3 rotton posts and is falling over making the property not secure and the 3 posts need to be replaced to hold the fence up. Builder has purposed instead of double gate on house put a single 1200mm gate and fence as a double gate is not needed and to heavy for the fence.

Wooden gate that needs two palings replaced and screwed in- down and across. You will need to provide your own replacement wood planks please and your own tools (saw, screws and drill etc). Side of the house had a half height fence and a half height gate. Previous owners added a higher section that is attached to four wooden posts that covers the gate, meaning you have to croutch down to get through. We want to remove the top section that was added to make it half size again, so that we can walk through. You would need to saw through the four posts to do this, probably.
