Looking for someone to construct and install a wooden gate at the top of our stairs. We had one previously done through here but the person is no longer working. Wooden gate door hinges are broken and not being closed

Install 7.2 meters of colorbond fence. 1.8m tall. Monument colour. Old timber fence will need to be removed but I can dispose of it. No need to include rubbish removal in the quote.

Wooden gate that needs two palings replaced and screwed in- down and across. You will need to provide your own replacement wood planks please and your own tools (saw, screws and drill etc). I have a white picket fence at the front of my house. Unfortunately there’s two issues with it: 1. Three of the posts have rotted out at the ground surface (including the two on either side of the gate); and 2. I think the gate we have is made of hardwood and is very heavy, which has caused the post bearing the weight to split. Subject to your thoughts, the rest of the fence is still in good nick (though needs a paint!). Looking for someone to 1. Replace the posts, which could either be new posts or stirrups or similar; and 2. Options for a lighter gate (eg pine or something) to avoid this happening in the future. Can increase budget to cover materials/ requirements!
