I need a wooden gate reattached to the front fence of my house, i have the gate, just needs maybe new screws into fence to reattach it

I am looking for someone to build a steel framed metal gate. Photos include measurements there is currently a lattice screwing to the space to close it off so the gate will replace this. I will supply all materials so price is for labour, however I am happy to discuss a labour and materials price too.

Looking for someone to replace approximately 15 wooden sleepers(halves) on our garden fence .I will buy them from Nuway Landscaping, but may need help collecting them , which will be paid separately. Nuway is only about 10–15 minutes away. The existing posts should be usable for installation, and the soil/dust behind the fence will stay in place, so there should be minimal removal work needed. The panels are loose, and only supported by wire to a PVC draining pipe. They are starting to rot. Currently they are easy to access (from neighbours side).

I have a wooden fence. It was installed about 10 years ago. A section has been damaged by termites which have been treated about 12 months ago. There does not seem to be any termite activity but the railing and a few railings have been structurally compromised. I think the top railing and some of the palings will need to be replaced. There is also a mailbox that will need to be reinstalled.

Requirements: Dogs are small-breed Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and can fit through relatively small gaps. The two gates must remain fully functional and able to open and close normally. The solution must prevent the dogs from squeezing underneath or through gaps along sides of the two gates. Any materials used should be durable, weather-resistant, and securely attached. The installation should not create sharp edges or hazards for pets, or prevent the ability to unopen gates. Possible Solutions (Open to Recommendations): Galvanised wire mesh or pet-safe chicken wire. Heavy-duty pet fencing mesh. Custom timber, metal, or composite gap fillers. Brush-style gate seals or similar products designed to block gaps beneath gates. Any other professional solution that effectively prevents them getting out, while maintaining gate operation. Scope of Work: Assess all exterior timber gates and identify potential escape points. Supply and install suitable materials to secure the bottom and side gaps of gates. Ensure gates can still be opened and closed with ease after installation. Provide a neat, professional finish that blends with the existing fencing where possible. The primary goal is to create a secure yard enclosure that prevents small dogs from getting out without affecting the usability of the gates.

Replacing a wooden garden fence, approximately 25mtrs in length, 2.mtr wide section probably 1.8 mtrs high pailings. Wooden posts seem mostly ok , gate steel should be ok just needs new wood fixing to it and maybe hinges. Prepping prior to sale.
