The wood around the lock/latch area has become rotten and the gate no longer locks properly. I'm looking for someone to inspect the gate and frame and either: Repair the rotten section and get the lock working again, or Replace the gate (and frame if required) if repair is not practical. Preferred experience: Carpenter, handyman, fencing contractor, or gate installer experienced with timber gates and lock repairs.

Wooden fence bend needs fixing

Just needing someone to put up a wooden fence for the front of our property. 1 side is roughly 3800 wide and want a 1200 gate in this. The other side is roughly 1240 and wanting an 800 gate in this.

I need a tradesperson with a ute and trailer to collect the panels from the store in Wacol, deliver them to the property in Rosewood, and install them in a straight line along the front of the house (22 metres). The scope includes setting the panels into the fence feet and securing them with the 14 joining clamps. Please provide an all‑inclusive fixed price for collection, transportation and full installation. You can adjust the timing as needed. You can collect the panels tomorrow and install them over the weekend, or pick them up and install them on Monday. Please note the store is closed on weekends.
