Looking to fix two exisiting wooden side gates. Gate #1 (small gate) currently bolts into the boundary fence - looking to add a post to bolt into instead (or another solution). Gate #2 (large gate) hinges are sagging and unable to close, also some of the screws on the hinges have lost their thread - looking to replace hinges and add a latch at the top of the gate so it can be reached from both sides.

Need a pedestrian gate, wooden slats, installed between two brick walls, opening before a courtyard. Space is 97cm x about 197cm.

We just need a pinelap gate that sticking taken off the hinge and shortened slightly.

Repair for our current gate, as it has begun to sag. I assume that new hinges will need to be mounted, and perhaps an additional hinge should be added to better handle the weight of the gate. Furthermore, the gate is slightly extended and the lock may need to be moved to a better position to facilitate proper closing.

The tenant has advised the gate has fallen off the hinges again as they have rusted through.

Fix this latch firmly and also plane a small amount of wood near the latch as it’s getting stuck and not gliding

Looking for someone to construct and install a wooden gate at the top of our stairs. We had one previously done through here but the person is no longer working. Please see photos for example of what we need, this was the gate at the bottom of the stairs, need something similar for the top. Thanks Donna
