Don’t have power in the back yard. Need power and a power point installed on the deck and one in the sunroom. There is an existing outdoor power point in the sunroom on one side which was a patio previously. First picture is deck where there is no power atm. Must have own tools. Main resources needed will be supplied by us. ( plastic lattice from bunnings, any wood required) Looking for someone to be able to install some lattice to the bottom of our deck and house. I have attached chatgtp sample of the style we going for, but has a lot of cuts required to get around pipe as in standard photo.

I need the hardwood decking around Small Plunge Pool area & adjacent stairs and hand rails pressure washed, and re- stained / oiled.

To erect an above ground pool and fence with a small deck,Needs to be compliant with the Cessnock council. Not sure on pricing.

I think a joist under a portion of the deck is sunk and the nails of the decking boards have come loose.
