Hi everyone, I need a painter or handyman to start painting my balcony deck , I have the paint ready so two coats should be fine

My deck is being rebuilt, but i need the existing steel frame clean and treated for rust. It doesn't need to be perfect, as the new deck will have wooden joists bolted onto the existing steal frame, so any exisiting rust just needs to be cleaned and prevent new rust from developing further. There are 22 steal joilsts, 4 metres long. Once the wooden deck is pulled up we'll know better how much cleaning and rust proofing will need to happen, so best to do rough quote, then a better quote once it's revealed. I suspect less than half the frame will need much done at all, maybe a rust paint. some will need a solid brush/sand, maybe a little grind in parts. It doesn't even need to be completely flush as the new wooden joilts will sit higher than existing frame, so literally just to prevent new rust forming. Work can be done anytime, without owner being home - can go around side. Needs to be completed before 3 august though. Please send through a rough estimate quote, that obviously will need re-visiting once the deck is removed. Thanks

New decking, replace top boards please. Remove bamboo fencing that surrounds the pool area and there is a glass fence behind which would need to be placed on the new decking timber please. I need my deck sanded around my pool as there are splinters coming through. After the sanding, it needs to be oiled a few times and protected from the sun. The oil around the pool needs to be somewhat of a scotchguard to protect it from water (wood swelling). There may be a dozen screws that need replacing to hold the boards in place as well.
