Looking for an experienced flooring installer to install hybrid/SPC flooring in my downstairs living/kitchen area in Tweed Heads. The area is approximately 30m². I will supply the flooring. I’d like someone to assess whether it can be laid over the existing flooring and advise if any floor preparation is required. After someone to re oil our front deck. Around 7-8m2 total. Don’t need to prep with product or pre wash, it is just a simple re - apply. I have some leftover aqua deck that can use at the property. Repair laminate floorboards. There are about 8 floor boards with these scratches on them. Sizes of scratches .50cm, 2.4cm, 3.27cm, 4.29cm, 5.45cm, 8.86cm, 7.115cm, 8.8cm. Unsure if the whole floor will need replacement floor boards or just the damaged ones.

I need a french polisher to patch and polish a vener laminated finish. You will have to test it can work before we know the final price.

My deck is being rebuilt, but i need the existing steel frame clean and treated for rust. It doesn't need to be perfect, as the new deck will have wooden joists bolted onto the existing steal frame, so any exisiting rust just needs to be cleaned and prevent new rust from developing further. There are 22 steal joilsts, 4 metres long. Once the wooden deck is pulled up we'll know better how much cleaning and rust proofing will need to happen, so best to do rough quote, then a better quote once it's revealed. I suspect less than half the frame will need much done at all, maybe a rust paint. some will need a solid brush/sand, maybe a little grind in parts. It doesn't even need to be completely flush as the new wooden joilts will sit higher than existing frame, so literally just to prevent new rust forming. Work can be done anytime, without owner being home - can go around side. Needs to be completed before 3 august though. Looking for a PROFESSIONAL to lay floorboards in Lennox head. Dining kitchen hallway and front door entry. 70 sq metres approx total area.

Remove existing sleeper and replace with hardwood sleeper. Sleeper size 2.1m x 200x 40 approx. Will need to remove some pavers on bedding sand and some pebbles.
