Please let us know if you can prepare the area and do the deck or if you require the area levelled before you arrive. From photo deck will go to the end of brick wall. Trampoline will be moved.

We have a small deck (2m x 5.2m) next to a pool that needs to be sanded back so we can oil it. I’ve given it a wash with a chlorine and soap mix. As the deck is next to a pool a bag will need to be used to capture as much dust as possible. We are in Annandale (2038) and flexible on when this gets done.

We're looking for a handyman to help solve a problem with a small section of warped DuraTuff vinyl cladding just outside the threshold of our granny flat. We think a batten of just the right dimensions could push the cladding back in line, provided it can be mounted securely to the existing timber decking so as to resist strong sideways shear. (The warped cladding is very rigid). The batten would need to be durable/external/H3-treated DAR, about 35mm x 40mm x 1000mm (HxDxL) or, for stronger shear resistance, maybe a whole plank?
