Looking for an experienced tiler or handyman to carry out some minor repairs to my front entrance and garden retaining walls. Work required: - 8 loose stone capping pavers – Remove loose mortar and properly prepare the existing surfaces. Most of the original mortar bedding is still intact. Grind back where necessary to allow for adhesive, ensuring the reinstalled pavers sit flush and level with the surrounding stones. - 2–3 cracked step tiles – Remove and replace damaged tiles on the vertical faces of the entrance steps. Including regrout - Minor corner chips – Repair several small chips on the matte grey floor tiles using colour-matched epoxy filler for a neat finish. I need someone to prepare and lay two garden paths: Path 1: Dig out/remove an existing grass/dirt strip approx. 3200mm x 1300mm and lay stepping stones along it.
