I have 2x bathrooms ready for screeding, waterproofing and tiling and the kitchen needs a splashback tiled. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, October 24, 2023

My husband is tiling our place. He just needs someone that understands tiling to lend a hand - cutting tiles, carrying them, mixing glue and depending on skill set, maybe laying too. We need someone that can work quickly and not slow the price down as we are racing toward getting house ready for a home open. We need about 2.4sqm of wall tiles installed - 1.8sqm as a splashback as shown in the photo and another 0.6sqm on a separate flat wall (not shown). Tiles are 300mm x 78mm. Main area to be tiled is shown in blue in the photo below. Surfaces will be cleaned and painted and all new kitchen cabinets and benchtops will be installed before tiling. Start date will depend on installation of the stone benchtop which is expected to be around 07AUG so ideally the week of 07AUG - 12AUG. Install a floating vinyl plank floor onto a concrete base in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets are new and the kick boards will be installed after the floor is laid. Total area is about 10SQM but total tile to be laid is about 8 sqm. Concrete floor previously had cork tiles laid on it so the tasking includes removing any remaining glue residue and grinding the floor flat. There is a 1.8m wide seam between the existing floorboards and the concrete pad that will need to be merged with a edge strip as there is likely to be slight height difference. You will provide the tools including the grinder and I will provide coffee and the hybrid flooring tiles! The photo shows the existing cork tile pattern noting that it doesnt extend to the walls due to the cabinetry. Mortar has washed away and need to remove bricks, clean away old mortar and relay. Rest of wall and foundations are structurally ok. Educate me if price is incorrect. - Due date: Flexible

Have some bore water staining on external white tiling at rear of property. Would like removed without damage to grout.

Hi, one bathroom has the shower which needs regrouting of floor, new silicon and recgrouting a small way up the wall tiles. 2nd bathroom has a shower over the bath, this needs regrouting in some areas and new silicon around the bath. Would like both bathroom floors steam cleaned and sealed also if possible. Thanks. Julie

bull nose / capping tiles need to be removed and retiled as loose . They are on a high second floor balcony . Need qualified tiler or bricklayer with insurnace . please see pictures -only 2 possibly 3 of these need to be reattached . Please note if they are broken in the process we need somebody who will be able to source new tiles that look the same ( this would obviously be a separate job)
