The old bath–shower combo is being removed and new subfloor and Aquachek walls will be installed prior to your work. The area will be ready to tile from 15 May. Vinyl flooring was removed and attempted to grind but we cannot use machines as it sets off the fire alarm (hospital) so we need to screed over the top to allow for hybrid to put down. Need doing asap 30sqm space

We need our bathroom & laundry/toilet areas screeded and ready for tiling. 2 small areas, 6m2 total. We had removed the original Screed and re screeded but after a few months the screed has separated in areas and had to remove again. We are the bottom floor of an apartment and the concrete is very thick and porous and dried it out too quickly. Extra care must be taken to avoid future separation. Screed only. We will waterproof but the tiling work may become available to the right tradesman.

We need to screed up to 100sqm of our slab before floor boards are installed. The area includes 5 stairs, a hallway, and an open plan living space.

Hi there I am looking to get my apartment's small bathroom floor re-screeded with necessary falls as required by law for shower/wet areas. And then for this floor area to be waterproofed and tiled with supplied tiles. Bathroom floor area is around 4.8m2. In its current state as per picture there's still some screed and tiIes remaining. I would remove all that's left to give a clean slate. Happy to take some guidance on best approach. Budget amount is negotiable. Small square holes and long skinny one left after plumbing. I have resiflex for Central skinny one as gym rubber matting going over top. Square holes just cement render - quick set. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 24 October 2023
