Find a professional floor screeder in Sunshine Coast

Hi, looking for a tiler for a small bathroom renovation at Sunshine Beach. Maybe left it a bit late but here's hoping late next week to start. Front patio and rear deck to do once this job completed Currently it's a rectangular box that is FC sheeted and a niche. Plumbing and electrical roughed in. Have all tapware. Can get tiles there in 24 hours. Ready to go, just need to pay for them and pick them up - 1200 x 600 if you can work with that, I have a spare set of hands available if that helps. Happy to take advice on tile size if that wont work. Bathroom is approximately 2650 long x 1850 wide x 2770 high. It’s upstairs, but parking is directly outside the door and not internal flooring at moment so access is easy. Vanity, toilet, shaving cabinet and shower screen will all be installed after tiling. Looking for someone to do: - Screed - Waterproofing - Tiling - Grouting There is a 700mm Radiant Australia strip drain and floor waste with tile inserts. There is also a framed shower niche. I’m thinking of using a smaller feature tile inside the niche and possibly the same tile between the vanity and shaving cabinet. I’d prefer mitred tile edges around the niche and window rather than aluminium trim, if practical. I’ll supply the tiles, drain and bathroom fittings. You would supply screed, waterproofing, adhesive, grout and other tiling materials. Help with concreting an 8x2 slab and concrete beam. I have done all the formwork and reinforcement. requires someone with experience and own screeding and finishing tools. I can arrange line pump and concrete, unless you have a better account. Requires 32kpa.

Small job. Need shower floor (1700x800) screeded to a channel drain and finish wall tiling (4m2 approx) using 600x300 tiles. All materials onsite. - Due date: Before Saturday, 6 May 2023
