The tiles in my tiny en-suite en-suite are dated and have mouldy grout. Looking for someone to retile the entire thing (all four walls plus floor) without me having to replace the toilet, sink, shower head, or shower taps, etc. (I’m happy to buy new taps as current ones are dodgy, but I mean I want no new plumbing enacted) There is a mirror cabinet that can be taken off the wall and re attached after. If this is easiest and cheapest done by laying over the existing tile, then that’s fine too. Tiles yet to be chosen (in case has requirements by you). Also source & install new shower screen once the new tiles have been laid. Ground floor apartment. Can be done weekday or weekend.

1. Ensuite Shower - Half-Height Regrout & Reseal * Remove existing deteriorated grout from the shower floor and wall tiles to half height. * Prepare all nominated grout joints for application of new grout. * Supply and install new epoxy grout to the shower floor and walls to half height. * Remove deteriorated silicone seals as required. * Supply and install new silicone seals to all internal shower tile junctions and perimeter areas. * Silicone reseal the shower screen internally and externally. 2. Ensuite Bathroom Floor - Epoxy Regrout & Reseal * Remove existing deteriorated grout from the ensuite floor tiles external to the shower. * Prepare grout joints and supply and install new two-part epoxy grout throughout the nominated floor area. * Remove and replace silicone seals around the perimeter of the ensuite floor. * Remove and replace the silicone seal around the base/perimeter of the toilet suite. * Clean down all completed areas upon completion. 3. Shower Screen Door - Water Strip Replacement * Remove the existing deteriorated water strip from the bottom of the shower screen door. * Supply and install a new water strip suitable for the existing 6mm glass shower screen door. * Adjust and test to ensure correct fitment and operation. 4. Shower Screen Frame/Gasket - Steam Cleaning * Steam clean the existing shower screen frame and gasket areas. * Treat and clean accumulated grime, soap residue, gunk and debris that has built up over time. * Clean accessible frame and gasket surfaces to improve the overall condition and appearance. 5. Shower Tap Service * Service the existing shower tap set. * Remove and replace the existing jumper washers, fibre washers and O-rings as required. * Remove deteriorated silicone and re-silicone behind the tap cover plates to provide a watertight seal at the wall penetration. * Reassemble the existing tapware. * Test and commission the shower taps upon completion to confirm correct operation and check for leaks.

Whole bathroom floor and some of wall needs regrouting with white grout. And corner of shower seal must be cracked as water running out and under basin. So old wrong colour sealant needs to be removed and replaced. I’m not flush, grateful for a good deal with best offer. Thanks

We have had a shower screen installed and the installer has not covered some tiling which need to be painted. They have put clear silicone over the unpainted tiles which may need to be removed. There is also a few other small spots needing painting.

Go to go to job site you will need a screwdriver or some type or a Stanley knife to try to peel up a corner of a carpet tile to see how easily they are to remove and take a video while you’re doing it so we can see how easily it’s to remove. And take a couple of pics of the current carpet tile to see if it’s salvageable. Need to do it in 1- high traffic area 2- non high traffic area. Need to dress casually but not like a homeless person.

Tiler preferred. Bathroom floor walls and balcony tiled approximate 60m2 including wastage calculated by another tiler. Tiles provided 600x600 by me. Mitred edges in areas.

There’s some built up areas but basically I will remove all fittings and want to tile over all wall tiles and boxed out areas I will supply tiles. Floors don’t need tiling only shower floor tile over tile. Happy to help out also

I bought vinyl floor tiles and have tried to lay myself but am having trouble doing the cut outs around bathroom fixtures. I can’t find a sharp enough knife to cut. Bathroom is 150x110cm Laundry is 150x105cm Looking for someone to install these for me in bathroom and laundry. Just want these installed with a 2-5mm gap and cut to shape. I have started to put on some stick on tiles on this small section of my laundry. Need someone who is really steady and precise hands to help me stick them on ( very sticky) the area only requires 12 squares just need help cutting out the bits for the taps as I’ve really done a bodgy cut
