Need someone to screed a small bathroom in order to get it waterproofed

Bathtub / shower tiles need a re-grout and tidy up to remove stains.

Tiny bathroom (1,500 mm x 750 mm) reno. Need it waterproofed, wall tiles re-grouted and new floor tiles (laid over existing ones) Tiles provided. They are 50mm x 50mm sheeted, plain white.

Install vinyl floor tiles (stick on) in kitchen. Picture attached. Actually size for tiling slightly smaller than size shown. I have the tiles.

I need a small chip repaired in a ceramic/porcelain kitchen floor tile before end of tenancy. hi there, I need to revamp my kitchen space Want to switch out the counter top to something light ideally white marble / quartz but open to suggestions or available off cuts as i’m looking to keep costs down. I would also like to install a new mordern sink to replace the current one. Ideally splash back tiles removed and / or replaced too Also possibly replace handles with black modern handles Job would be sometime late Nov early Dec

Old silicon is coming off and getting mouldy. Need someone to come and remove and replace and also put nice clean grout in the tiles on the floor and shower walls. This is an AirBNB so needs to be done between guests. Please advise how long it will need to be dry for.
