Bathroom Refresh Regrouting, Silicone & Minor Painting Looking for an experienced handyman/tiler to cosmetically refresh a small bathroom/shower area. The bathroom is functional, but the grout, silicone and edges have become old, stained and untidy. I want to make it look clean, fresh and presentable again. Work required - [ ] Remove old/discoloured silicone around shower floor, walls, corners and shower screen where required - [ ] Clean and treat any mould/mildew before resealing - [ ] Apply new neat, mould-resistant bathroom silicone - [ ] Deep clean existing grout - [ ] Refresh/regrout or apply grout colour/sealer to badly stained areas where required - [ ] Clean up the tile edges around the bathroom doorway/carpet transition - [ ] Repair the damaged/chipped paint at the bottom of the door frame - [ ] Sand/fill/prime and repaint affected door-frame areas white - [ ] Check the stained area near the doorway for any obvious moisture/water damage and advise me if there appears to be an underlying issue No tile replacement required at this stage. The goal is mainly cosmetic: I want the bathroom to look clean, professionally finished and much more presentable. Photos attached showing the current condition. Fix broken tiles, and paint the green areas black

I need the existing grout and silicone removed, and re-done using epoxy grout, and silicone (white and clear). Area is roughly 1 sqm. I will also need a certificate of completion that the epoxy grout and silicone has been applied.
