I’m looking for an experienced natural stone/tile professional to seal newly installed honed marble tiles across three bathroom areas. The marble is new and freshly grouted. This job is removing grout dust and cleaning and then sealing. Approximate total marble area: 32 m², comprising: * Bathroom 1 – Floor A: approximately 5.06 m² * Bathroom 1 – Floor B: approximately 5.06 m² (These two floors are separate bathrooms but together measure 4.4m × 2.3m.) * Bathroom 2 floor: approximately 9.58 m² * Shower walls: approximately 12.48 m² * 800 × 3200mm * 800 × 3200mm * 2300 × 3200mm All marble is honed finish. I specifically want: Aqua Mix Sealer’s Choice Gold – Rapid Cure This is the product recommended by my tiler. I want a natural, no-sheen finish with no colour enhancement or wet-look effect. Requirements The person completing the job must: * Have specific experience sealing honed marble/natural stone. * Complete a small test area first to check for any unwanted colour change. * Apply the sealer correctly according to the manufacturer’s instructions. * Ensure all excess sealer is completely removed before it dries. * Take care around grout, edges, fixtures and glass. * Leave the surfaces clean and free of sealer residue. * Advise on the appropriate curing/drying time before the bathrooms can be used. * Bring their own appropriate application equipment. Tiler & plumber are required to complete a bathroom renovation recently commenced by strata plumber (who have completed shower recess waterproofing tiling and shower mixer and shower head only as per agreed plan).
