Kitchen splash back tiling Tiles are 200 x 200 (natural stone but we will do all the sealing) Area is about 3m length and 75cm deep. Render will be fixed/finished today so surface will be smoother than shown in photos

Inspection and repair of roof and guttering

1000 x 600 mm limestone pavers need to be cut down to 1000 x 100mm to be used as skirting on wall floor junction of balcony. 8 Lineal metres of external skirting tiles***

Regrout kitchen sink area and bench top areas, and shower cubicle

Replace and retile missing pool tiles (3 small tiles only)
