Ensuite bathroom needs to be regrouted. Both the floor and wall. There are to water leaks or issues. It just needs to be refreshed / regrouted. All internals (shower screen, toilet, cabinet, mirror) will be removed and it will be an empty bathroom for these regrouting works.
