As part of regular maintenance I need someone to sand and stain the deck in my back yard. The actual area needing work is small. see photos - longest Length of each side measures about 6m This need to be done over 2 separate days so first coat of stain can be applied and dried on first day, then a second coat be applied on a separate date. My husband had done this before and it takes about 2-3 hours each day (total 5-6 hours whole job) We will provide all materials, including skirting tape, sand paper, wood strainer, brush. Lift skirting, remove rotted timber sheet in small walk in wardrobe, install new timber sheet 1400 x 600 and replace skirting. Will reimburse for timber separately.

Build a divider in the top part and build 3 shelves on the right hand side; cure the bar and keep the area for hanging clothes on the left. At the bottom - build 3 shelves to the right from the drawers. If possible, prefer the shelves to be white (please indicate if thats possible).

This large wardrobe won’t fit into new apartment - the top comes off but the feet are a problem. Any idea? Dismantle base? Remove feet and add some Bunnings bun like feet?
