We are a building and maintenance company and we require a carpenter to assist with some adjustments and works on approx 20 commercial timber doors that have been installed follow g a fitout, we require some doors to be adjusted and 3M rubbers installed with adhesive. Materials will be supplied, you must be professional and experienced and have all tools. We have on going carpentry work and would like to commence an ongoing relationship with a carpenter for all our building works. You need to be reliable. We can agree on a day rate or hourly rate.

Purchase and cut two pieces of thick plywood as per below sizing: 1. 182 x 92cm 2. 100 x 40cm for weights. Must be thick plywood, then deliver to Kingsford.

I have the new planks roughly cut to size for replacement. Some of the rotted planks have screws (5 mm square drive )with tread partly shredded. So need strong equipment to get them out to continue. Job involves removing and replacing about 13 planks ( from .5m -3m in size).

Need desk and shelves removed . Door to kitchen extended to make room for fridge. 2 x fitted wardrobes etc.. electrical work

Remove the Batu timber paintings and set aside. Remove and replace timber framing with appropriate external framing timber. Paint with dark primer and replace Batu timber pailings. It will involve the removal the existing grey sliding timber doors to set aside until framing is redone. Reinstate the sliding doors.

The existing floorboards are currently a light/natural timber colour and we need them taken back and restained to a significantly darker tone to match new flooring recently installed in other areas of the house.
