Looking for plasterer to set,sand and corners a 1 bedroom granny flat

Started some small Reno in Lounge Room,and need to be finished ie some small plaster work in stairs well and wall sandered and finishing done

Approx. 1200 X 1200mm area of Gyprock and cornice (corner) repaired. Water damaged in recent storms. Not urgent but would like done fairly promptly. Thank you in advance for your interest, and please do sing out with any queries. Roof problem rectified.

We need a carpenter/builder to extend an existing plaster wall (see pink lines in photo) to allow space for a built-in wardrobe installation. Scope of work: • Extend the plaster wall across and out to match the existing structure • Install and finish the corner edge with architrave (corner bead) for a clean professional look, matching the existing style • Supply materials (plasterboard, timber framing if needed, corner bead/architrave) • Smooth and prepare the surface ready for paint (painting not required) Access is easy and work area is clear. Flexible with dates but would like to complete it in the next couple of weeks. Please include in your quote: • Labour • Materials • Approximate timeframe to complete ps: the contractor needs to provide top and bottom architraves that match our bedroom style, as well as the wooden frame for the sliding doors, also matching style.
