Both jobs are in my unit . The door is a linen cupboard door...it cannot close at all. The latch plate is bent and also missing a screw. The door itself may be swollen. The other job is to adjust the closing of a kitchen drawer. It scrapes the top drawer on closing.

Install fixed lock box on external wall, remove existing silicone in 2 shower areas and replace with new white silicone, remove tv wall bracket and patch to professional standard and repaint single wall to professional standard and to match existing paint ( wall approximately 2 metres length), uninstall dishwasher only (retain existing plumbing and electrical) cap off waste pipe, patch/repair small area of lawn in courtyard, remove weeds in small pebbled area and behind rainwater tank and fill with 4 cm mulch (only behind rainwater tank very small area).
