The kitchen floor board squeaks when walked on and some of the screws in the decking need replacing as they seemed to have broken off, possibly leaving some of the screw behind. I would also liked the balcony checked for safety reasons.

The ceiling fan with light suddenly stopped responding to the remote. The fan turns on but can't control the speed with the remote; also, the light doesn't turn on with the remote. I have tested this remote with the ceiling fan with light in another room. It works fine.
