Find an experienced handyman in Valentine NSW

We are looking for an experienced renderer to complete a number of patching and rendering works at our house. Works include: Rendering around a newly installed window. The substrate around the window is foam and must be finished to match the existing texture and appearance. Patching/render repairs to core-filled block walls where decorative fence panels have been removed. Patching and rendering to areas where a large retractable awning has been removed. Important: Render system/material used must be Rockcote or compatible with the existing finish. Looking for someone experienced in repair and blending work so patches match existing rendered surfaces as closely as possible. Please provide photos/examples of similar work completed.

Gym rack partially disassembled in yard, won’t fit through door. Need disassembled and re assembled approx 20m distance. All required tools and rattle gun provided for job.

Close off the archway, move opening to the far left. Install hinge door. So that it can be used as a bedroom. This will also give us more room on the wall (right to the door) for a larger fridge. Scope includes plastering and painting to match.

Repair this blue board with suitable external screws, push it back in n fix in place without break it.

A few odd jobs need doing like hang curtain rod, reattached draw runners in daughter wardrobe. Also put outdoor clothes line up into brick work . Always more jobs as we have an older large house . I even would love new VJ panelling put up in laundry to go over the old wall that is damaged.

There is a burn on my carpet that is about 5 inches long and thin. I need it to be fixed as I live in a rental
