Find an experienced handyman in Bar Beach

Need a handyman/tradie to complete two installation jobs at my place in Newcastle. I need a TV mounted to a concrete/masonry wall using a TV wall mount that I already have. I also need two window blinds installed. The blind brackets need to be fixed around the window area, which has metal/aluminium framing, so you’ll need the correct drill bits, screws and fixings for both the concrete wall and metal frame. Everything is already here and ready to install. I just need someone experienced with drilling into concrete/masonry and metal/aluminium who can mount everything securely and neatly. Should be a straightforward job for someone with the right tools and experience. I’m flexible with timing and happy to pay well for the right person. Remove rusting folding clothes lines, clean off rust marks, patch holes with silicone and paint. All materials (CLR, silicone or render, paint) provided and I will dispose of clothes lines. This is only for removal from wall and making the wall good again. Line can be left on site.

Old house. We have 2 minor gyprock holes to repair. There is also somewhere that is letting animals enter our roof that we need fixed(cats/kittens). No evidence of water coming in so i believe its a hole in the eaves.
