Shower 1 (Grout Patch & Silicone): Grout: Patch a few isolated spots where the grout is missing a few millimetres. You may need to scrape the shallow gaps slightly so the new grout bonds properly. Silicone: Completely remove old silicone around base of shower and apply fresh, mould-resistant waterproof silicone around the shower base and between the shower frame and the wall. Shower 2 (Silicone Only): Completely remove old silicone and apply fresh waterproof silicone around the shower base and between the shower frame and the wall. (No grout work required for this shower).

Needs to fix some wall dents some small damaged areas,remove adhesives without damaging walls. And paint those areas.photos are attached for most of it. But there are some more.

Wardrobe hanging rail and brackets have pulled out of the wall, with the screws/fixing holes damaged. Need them securely repaired and reinstalled using new screws and suitable wall anchors/fixings so the rail can safely hold the weight of clothes. Also need 2 light bulbs replaced – one ceiling light in the walk-in wardrobe and one above the ensuite bathroom mirror. Please bring suitable tools, screws and fixings. Photos attached.
