1. Window fixing: It is leaking rain water and making wet my carpet. The window is located on the second floor. It needs a sealer or a shade so that rain water does not pass through. A picture of the window is attached. 2. Need to open the child lock for 2 windows. Image of the lock is attached. 3. Fixing Toilet flash - the water tank does not fill up automatically & then I need to do it manually. Probably need to replace the lever. Image of the water tank (lever) is attached

Need two jobs done: 1. Chair - lift function is not working. Might need new power connection. 2. Gate - need a lock installed. At moment it just has a sliding feature that goes into brickwork.
