Hi I need a handyman! Need mounting of ikea Foensteriviva panel blinds for covering my wardrobe. Total length about 1800 mm. Minor patching, sanding (that’s where I removed corniness and did already some patching) and then painting single coat of the space behind the wardrobe (fairly small area). Then installation of the curtain rails against sloped ceiling, preferably with a timber that is cut at an angle to fit the sloped ceiling or alternatively with wedges - then it would need a moulding for cover I suppose. I have a 1800 mm x 90 x 19 pine timber that could be used. Curtail panels need to be cut to length. Whilst you are here please mount two hose reels on a brick wall and the second on wood cladding of house. I have the paint, rails and curtains and hose reels. My guestimate is 3-4 hour job.

Mounting timber needs probably minimal shortening it’s 1800 and space slightly less. Then installation of the rails and of the panel curtains. One rail needs shortening. Then cutting off a few wedges to hold the mounting timber straight on sloped ceiling. Cover the wedge with a 1800 mm long moulding. I guess total should take not more than 2-3 hours. Then mounting of two hose reels on a brick wall and the second on wood cladding of house. About 30 - 60 minutes. All material provided. I do have a mitre saw and an angle meter if needed. So my estimate is 4 hours.

I’m needing cornice pinned up around a very small room. About 8m long in total plus a few plastering patches/1 corner of room needs to be edging taped and finished. Have all gear, cornice cement, cornice, some plastering tools and plaster for walls (just don’t have the paper plastering corner tape but can get). - Due date: Flexible
