I need old blinds removed from five windows. New blinds cut to size and installed on the same five windows. Blinds are dual rollers- sheers and block out. 3 larger windows (approx 2mx1.2m) and two smaller windows (approx 1.2m x 60cm each).

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to install a pre-purchased ceiling fan. The new ceiling fan will be installed in the same location as my existing/old ceiling fan, so the existing electrical wiring and mounting point are already in place.

1.Repair a gate latch-latch just needs to b screwed on to the gate . I don’t have the screws but can supply if told what size to buy 2.Fix bathroom door knob - Knob has pulled away from the door on 1 side and what is still there is loose. May need whole replacement knob which I can buy 3.A new fly screen put on the front screen door. I can buy what is required 4.Put up curtain rod brackets in spare bedroom , on to the window frame. A guest has recently broken the toilet seat lid in our granny flat. They glued it back together but we’re needing it replaced. I think it is an O-shape and would like to replace it with a quality seat rather than the cheap plastic ones. Ideally soft close. Bolts are rusted so would need to bring your own tools to remove the existing one.

Needs to be reconstructed either using current or new (like for like) bricks.
