We do have motion sensors and CCTV cameras installed few yrs ago. The person installed it was maintaining every year till last year. Our cctv camera monitor lost connection and during house renovation alarm system also got disconnected. I need someone to help put a few things back in place/ make the place look better before I move out. - I need a door re-hanging as it’s currently on upside down - I need a door handle added to the door - I need two tv brackets taken off the wall, holes filled in so that I can paint over - Light bulb to be fitted to my kitchen light, the casing has cracked and I’m unsure how to re-attach (see pictures) I do possibly also have a job to paint all walls as a once over to cover any marks / scratches and gloss the skirting boards - but this would depend on pricing. Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time.
