Fix new bath panel onto bath Bathroom ceiling is peeling. Remove peeling paint and apply appropriate paint. Kitchen sink is leaking underneath the basin. Find the cause of the leak and fix it. Kitchen sink tap needs to be changed. The sealant around the basin needs to be reapplied.

Flush button needs to be replaced. I have done in the past. The old code was Grohe dual flush push button assembly - chrome 42268 000. I think the new code is 42204PI0. Tenants have also reported the kitchen sink leaking but it should be minimum effort as it only requires tighting. the the metal trim between the carpet and the tiled floor has lifted and is partially detached. Size is 1.46 cm. Probably needs to be replaced. Also the two bulbs of the kitchen extractor/range hood need to be replaced. Materials need to be provided

We are looking for a reliable and experienced handyman to carry out a few small maintenance jobs at our clinic on Harley Street, London W1G. The jobs include: Hanging two pictures on the walls, ensuring they are secure and level. Removing an existing window blind and installing a new one (replacement blind already supplied). Removing a stuck kettle plug from an electrical socket. The plug appears to be physically stuck. This will need to be assessed and safely removed by someone appropriately qualified to undertake electrical work. Ideally, we would like all jobs completed during one visit. Tank maintenance on a Two week basis

I need someone to help put a few things back in place/ make the place look better before I move out. - I need a door re-hanging as it’s currently on upside down - I need a door handle added to the door - I need two tv brackets taken off the wall, holes filled in so that I can paint over - Light bulb to be fitted to my kitchen light, the casing has cracked and I’m unsure how to re-attach (see pictures) I do possibly also have a job to paint all walls as a once over to cover any marks / scratches and gloss the skirting boards - but this would depend on pricing. The budget is for the first 4 jobs.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.
