Hi, we looking for skilled handyman to help upkeep of our WestEnd and nearby properties. This is ongoing and tasks are various for example painting, decorating, small repairs ie broken doorframe, toilet seats adjustment, TV tuning and functionality check etc. also very helpful if basic plumbing and basic electrical could be done ie tightening fixtures to stop leakages, change toilet cistern, change shower mixer, change light bulb, change wall light switch etc. carry and assemble or dissemble furniture items, carry and fix sofa etc if that sounds you and you are right person will pay £15 / hour and minimum 60 hours per month on part time basis. Must be available at least one weekend day usually Sunday. Start immediately. Cash in hand. There will be initial trial paid 3 hours £45 as per Airtasker and then decision about future work to be done. FYI, Sundays is best day for any our repairs and work. Also happy to consider one off longer flexible hours entire day early morning to late eve / night ie for a painting job etc. Thanks
