The jobs include: Hanging two pictures on the walls, ensuring they are secure and level. Removing an existing window blind and installing a new one (replacement blind already supplied). Removing a stuck kettle plug from an electrical socket. The plug appears to be physically stuck. This will need to be assessed and safely removed by someone appropriately qualified to undertake electrical work. Ideally, we would like all jobs completed during one visit. Emergency pre-winter repair of rotten timber bargeboard (Apex): I need a quick timber repair completed before the winter rains arrive. A section of the wooden bargeboard and underlying fascia near the chimney stack at the roof apex has rotted and needs cutting out and replacing with treated timber, then sealed to prevent water ingress.The house is being fully painted next year, so this just needs to be a sturdy, watertight, weatherproofed fix for the winter. The rotten section is high up at the gable peak. I am looking for someone who can complete this using alternative access rather than setting up full structural scaffolding. Seeking an immediate turnaround. My painter company will do the main work next year and he said I might find someone to do a temp fix in the meantime. Put up curtain rods and blinds . Fix skirting boards in living room which would also need to readjust the new switch boards x3 , under which the skirting board would go . And skirting boards to be fitted in the dining room. Three curtain rods and two blinds to be put up altogether .

I need someone to help put a few things back in place/ make the place look better before I move out. - I need a door re-hanging as it’s currently on upside down - I need a door handle added to the door - I need two tv brackets taken off the wall, holes filled in so that I can paint over - Light bulb to be fitted to my kitchen light, the casing has cracked and I’m unsure how to re-attach (see pictures) I do possibly also have a job to paint all walls as a once over to cover any marks / scratches and gloss the skirting boards - but this would depend on pricing. The budget is for the first 4 jobs.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.
