Ongoing work at a holiday let with a hot tub. We’re looking for someone reliable to help with light gardening work and hot tub maintenance throughout the year. Hot tub maintenance includes draining, cleaning and refilling the tub, dosing and balancing chemicals, rotating/cleaning filters, and recording the readings in the log. Gardening is light general maintenance to keep the outdoor areas tidy and well presented for guests. Frequency: * Off season: approximately once per week * In season: approximately 2–3 times per week, depending on bookings Dates will normally be confirmed several days or weeks in advance. Hot tub changeover work needs to be completed between 10am and 12pm. Experience maintaining holiday-let hot tubs is helpful but not essential, provided you’re comfortable following a straightforward maintenance routine. Please bid with your hourly rate. We do have motion sensors and CCTV cameras installed few yrs ago. The person installed it was maintaining every year till last year. Our cctv camera monitor lost connection and during house renovation alarm system also got disconnected. I tried to contact many time the previous engineer but he unfortunately too a large amount of money as a deposit and did not come back unfortunately!!! any way I need an honest person with expertise in this friend who could come along and see the whole thing and tell me what I need to do now.

Check and reinforce the existing fixing points as required. Bedroom 2 flooring, window and blind 6.CHECK - Inspect the small cut-out section at the edge of the flooring. 7.CHECK - Inspect replacement of the missing plastic blind operating/twist pole if feasible. Kitchen units, worktop and fittings 8.Repair the loose hinge on the small corner cupboard. Tighten or repair any other loose kitchen cupboard or door handles. Bathroom general repairs 9.Tighten the loose bathroom-door handle. 10.Remove the additional chrome hook from the tiled wall. 11.Repair the chip and fitting-removal mark beside the ceiling spotlight. Fill, prepare and locally touch up the ceiling; full ceiling decoration is not required. General decorating and making good 12.Replace missing Bedroom 1 floor beading 13.Fill and touch up the Bedroom 2 wall chips and other obvious fixing marks.

I need someone to help put a few things back in place/ make the place look better before I move out. - I need a door re-hanging as it’s currently on upside down - I need a door handle added to the door - I need two tv brackets taken off the wall, holes filled in so that I can paint over - Light bulb to be fitted to my kitchen light, the casing has cracked and I’m unsure how to re-attach (see pictures) I do possibly also have a job to paint all walls as a once over to cover any marks / scratches and gloss the skirting boards - but this would depend on pricing. The budget is for the first 4 jobs.

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.
