The large hot tub is inflated and empty, but it has not been used for over a year and needs to be thoroughly cleaned and serviced to make sure that everything works and any punctures repaired. Ideally we would like this done as soon as possible, any time, even in the evening or early morning if that is preferred to keep out of the midday heat (the hot tub is in the shade).

Twith gutters at the front and back.Also a small section of gutters above the attached garage. The leak is at the front of the property above the bay window.

Curtain fell off the pelmet; requires repair

Quite a simple job, as I was cleaning the kitchen sink, the plughole dosen't seem to attach to the drain anymore, I think it's just because the filaments got used in time. And as we're doing this I was thinking to might as well do a cleaning of the sink unit. There is a hardware store 2 mins from my building in case we need replacements.
