We are based in an office in Anstey, and our 127mm blinds (10 windows, varying sizes) have been in place since we moved into the building – around 5 years. Overall, the are mostly still in good condition, but they are due for maintenance/repair, and a couple are in need of rehanging.

We require a general handyman who can do multiple areas of works including painting, general repairs, small electrical jobs would be ideal but not essential. Ideally want to find someone who can come out 2 times a month and be on call for any emergency jobs etc. Scope for work across other sites also.

Investigate and repair window not opening. Adjust fire door. Measure up for new blinds. Investigate and suggest repair for creaky floor boards. Both the window and fire door may take longer if parts need to be changed (hinges/closer).
